Being done ad-hoc until now but we can formalise it to share the work better:

  • date poll, timezones, timing, monthly, etc.
  • minutes template, note taker, upload to https://docs.coopcloud.tech/federation/minutes/
  • focus on action points and (soon) filling out issues to track those on fedi issue tracker
  • assigning someone to date poll for the next meeting
