it came up on a matrix thread the topic of recipes licensing.

are they copyrighteable?
if so, can we use the same license abra's using?
if we're adapting recipes from upstream compose files, shouldn't we use the license terms?

and for apps:

what kind of apps are we allowing on the official catalogue? nocodb recently switched to a non-commercial type of license for instance, preventing coops from providing nocodb to their clients.
