The current way of receiving money to hack on
abrais pass a resolution with a budget or to find an issue which is considered a critical fix. This is all well and good however, it doesn't provide any stability on the side of theabrahackers for how much work they can expect on a monthly basis and how much compensation they can earn (paying the rent, etc.). Setting up something stable thatabrahackers can rely on could unlock a more stable supply of fixes and improvements. It would be good to get a democratic "blank cheque" of X hours a month at ideally, 50 EUR an hour (proposed via p4u1/ammar based on monthly costs), for
abrahacking. You could argue we need to wait for radmin before pursuing this. The thought is also that this could be trialed on a 3 month basis now because we have 7k in the bank 😛I don't have time to push it any further but someone could work through this idea and make the proposal!
