Some ideas in the air:

Monthly meeting open to anyone to come along (#82)
Some regular blog posting to publicise the progress of the project (#83)
Using Open Collective to open up access to funding for contributions (#81)
Use (alt)social media platforms, fedi, ssb, twitter, etc. (#83)

We probably want a Code of Conduct then also? (#80)

Same as coop-cloud/organising#83 (comment) we've got a number of ways we are organising with others like matrix/fedi/blog/autonomic network etc. so I will close this off.
