The bot can watch every repo under the compose-stacks namespace and will automatically submit PRs for container upgrades which will keep our config versions fresh.

This combined with a solution for CI (see https://git.autonomic.zone/compose-stacks/planning/issues/8) would mean that we have some assurances that our base configs are moving with the ecosystem.
