Seems the built-in server is listening on port 80, so I switched the loadbalancer config to that port, and removed the port spec from the healthcheck command.
Without the healthcheck command, Docker eventually kills the service and tries again, because the curl localhost:8500 never works.
Without the Traefik change, the app comes up and stays up, but Traefik gives a gateway error.
