Introduce a commercial license option alongside AGPL-3.0-only, require a CLA for contributors, and document the terms in COMMERCIAL.md and NOTICE. Add a script to stamp SPDX headers on Go files and apply it across the tree.

Commercial Licensing
member-console is available under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 by default. That license requires, among other things, that you release the complete corresponding source of any work based on member-console to its users, including users who interact with it over a network (AGPLv3 §13).
If you cannot or do not want to meet those obligations — for example, you want to embed member-console in a proprietary product or offer it as a hosted service without the AGPL's source-sharing requirements — a separate commercial license is available that releases you from the AGPL's copyleft terms for your use.
Only the copyright holder can grant that release, and Christian Galo holds the full copyright in member-console.
Terms are negotiated per agreement; there is no published price list. To discuss commercial licensing, custom terms, or a targeted exception, contact Christian Galo at cgalo@pm.me.
A commercial license is an additional, parallel grant. It does not modify the AGPLv3, and it does not withdraw or alter any release already published under the AGPLv3.
