Some testing notes:

I created a backup replica instance of RTM's loomio instance, upgraded the version to v3.0.20 and did a chaos deploy. and then checked in the test instance that all the basic functions were working as expected (i.e. create a new thread, leaving a comment, voting in a poll, reacting to a msg).

At this time the latest loomio version is v3.0.21 however upgrading to that version gave me an error, opened an issue with Loomio here: https://github.com/loomio/loomio/issues/12239
