Following https://git.autonomic.zone/coop-cloud/mailman3/issues/5, it seems clear to me now that we should probably just go with that MTA inside the mailman stack as the mail in/out entrypoint instead of trying to wedge it into the mailu stack with all the mad networking stuff. If we can an additional postfix on another port like :2525 then it could still live on the same VPS.
