As pointed out in https://tv.undersco.re/w/12VXBAsBnTyHN3bjBSbVNS, it's weird that abra autocomplete immediately downloads the catalogue. It's not needed for that logic. We should move the "make sure catalogue is there" to somewhere else in the sub-commands that need it.
