When e.g. running abra app upgrade mygit.com which is 2.6.1+1.21.10-rootless and I wanted to go to 2.6.2+1.21.10-rootless, the release notes for 2.0.0+1.18.0-rootless (and others) are shown. They're not relevant as I've already upgraded beyond those versions. We should do some version compare logic on the release notes gathering.
