Autonomic is a co-op but the Co-op Cloud is currently a budding libre infra project. Our proposal said we'd develop the democratic governance of this project. For that, we need to discuss the organisation form we'll take.
I am taking a look again at this DisCO stuff:
It seems to suggest an "updated version of the co-operative principles". I think it would be nice to have something flexible that could cater for different types of ways people want to interact with the project.
One for down the line but here is a ticket to share some thoughts.

This is still internal to CoTech but useful for Autonomic members to look over https://git.autonomic.zone/autonomic-cooperative/cotech-co-op-handbooks.
Very Wise comment from Nick:
And something to read into https://www.esrad.org.uk/resources/vsmg_3/screen.php?page=preface.
Merging concerns of #90 into this ticket then 👌
New idea, follow the https://coopcycle.org/en/ model!
@3wordchant https://local-it.org folks are up for reading a draft of the membership proposal and are v interested in the idea of sustainability coming out of this federation afaiu 🚀
Had a call with Coop Cycle folks, more notes on the pad in #91 (comment) will try to sum this up into a discussion session trying to work towards an organisational structure. Lots of open questions.
