When I delete the default plugins Akismet Anti-spam: Spam Protection and Hello Dolly, they are restored after each deploy or upgrade. It would be nice if they would not be re-added.

I'd like this too; any ideas how to implement? The upstream issue seems like it was closed: https://github.com/docker-library/wordpress/issues/798
