When a container is created if "--network" is set to "host" all the
ports in the container are bound to the host.
Thus, adding "-p" or "--publish" to the command-line is meaningless.
Unlike "docker run" and "docker create", "docker service create" sends
an error message when network mode is host and port bindings are given
This patch however suggests to send a warning message to the client when
such a case occurs.
The warning message is added to "warnings" which are returned from
"verifyPlatformContainerSettings".

Both lcow_parser.go and linux_parser.go are duplicating the error:
"invalid specification: destination can't be '/'"
This commit creates a new error called "ErrVolumeTargetIsRoot"
that is used by both linux_parser and lcow_parser and remove
the duplication in the code.

When the client closes websocket connections that sends container
output through websocket, an error message is displayed:
"Error attaching websocket: %!s(<nil>)"
This message is misleading. Thus, this change suggests to check
if error is nil and print the correct message accordingly.

Before this commit if "--config-file" wasn't set the daemon would use
the default configuration file which is "/etc/docker/daemon.json".
When attempting to reload the daemon if that file didn't exist
and error message would display.
This behaviour is changed in a way that if the default configuration
file does not exist and no other configuration file is set
the daemon uses an empty configuration which later will be updated
and reloaded using the "reload" function given as an argument in Reload.
However, if the "--config-file" is set and the file is removed
or renamed an error message will be displayed and no reload will be done.

From Go 1.8 HTTP client redirect behaviour is changed:
When status code is 301, 307 or 308, the client
automatically converts it to a new HTTP request.
This behaviour change manifests in the client in that
before the 301 was not followed and the client did not generate
an error, but now results in an error message:
"Error response from daemon: page not found."
To fix that a new redirect policy is forced by setting
HTTP Client's CheckRedirect.
That policy is to return an error for any 301, 307 or 308
in the response's status code to a non-GET request.
The error message specifies that the daemon could not
process the request and it is probably due to bad
arguments that were provided by the user.

When sending a bad URL in the fromSrc parameter using cURL
the response will have status code 200 while it should have 404
or 500 (depends on the error).
This commit addresses this problem in the following ways:
* Before, `src` was parsed using url.Parse and if the
returned `url.Scheme` was empty it was set to 'http'
and `url.Host` was set to `src`.
This is bad because if `src` was 'web.com/tars/image1.tar'
The `url.String()` returns 'web.com%2Ftars%2Fimage1.tar`
which will cause the daemon to fail downloading the file
* Before writing the "Downloading" message, the image
is attempted to be downloaded and if there is no error
the "Downloading" message is sent.

"docker stats --no-stream <restarting_container>" is suspended.

To load an image from a tar file, you can specify
the tar file in the -i/--input option:
docker load -i image_1.tar
or using stdin:
docker load < image_1.tar
cat image_1.tat | docker load
If the image file isn't given the `docker load`
command gets stuck.
To avoid that, the load makes sure the CLI input is
not a terminal or the `--input` option was set.
If not then an error message is shown.

The formatter.ContainerStats struct exposes its Mutex.
This is a bad design and should be fixed.
To fix that, I separated the statistics
attributes from ContainerStats to StatsEntry and
hid the mutex. Notice that the mutex protects both
the `err` field and the statistics attributes.
Then, implemented SetStatistics, SetError, GetStatistics
and GetError to avoid races.
Moreover, to make this less granular, I decided to
replace the read-write mutex with the regular mutex and
to pass a StatsEntry slice to formatter.ContainerStatsWrite

Right now, the quiet (-q, --quiet) flag ignores the output
generated from within the container.
However, it ought to be quiet in a way that all kind
of diagnostic output should be ignored, unless the build
process fails.
This patch makes the quiet flag behave in the following way:
1. If the build process succeeds, stdout contains the image ID
and stderr is empty.
2. If the build process fails, stdout is empty and stderr
has the error message and the diagnostic output of that process.
If the quiet flag is not set, then everything goes to stdout
and error messages, if there are any, go to stderr.
