Status
Current state of member console development at a glance.
Where we are
Pre-production. The codebase has a working Go/HTMX app with auth, FedWiki site management (create/delete with entitlement-gated quotas), an operator admin panel with grant management, and Temporal workflow integration for site syncing. The database spans 5 modules: identity, organization, billing, entitlements, and fedwiki. Milestones 1–3 are complete.
Current focus
Milestone 4: Stripe Integration. Phased approach — schema & plumbing (Phase 0), then customer mapping (1a), product catalog sync (1b), subscription via Stripe Checkout (1c), invoice & payment projection (1d). Each phase is one OpenSpec change. See milestones.md for full breakdown.
Known issues
- Temporal auth race on first boot. After fresh
docker compose up -d, first start fails. Second attempt works. See issues.md.
