This PR adds a compose.onlyoffice.yaml file and the corresponding
configuration and description in README.md.

I tested it:

  • creating a new cryptpad instance with onlyoffice enabled
  • creating a new cryptpad instance w/o onlyoffice, then adding onlyoffice afterwards

Both work.
