Backups, Docker Instruction Updates, Upgrades/Rollbacks, and Refactor. #4

This change adds two features to the main functionality. (1) The WebUI has support for backup-bot-two that is already deployed on a server. It supports viewing snapshots, as well as restoring a snapshot and downloading it. This requires backup-bot-two to already be deployed, so the user would have to do that manually through Abra or WebUI. Looking to support doing this in an easier way in the future. (2) Rollbacks and upgrades now supported.

There is a relatively large refactor of certain code patterns to make creation of mocks and interfaces possible in testing.
Docker instructions have been updated to better work on individualized environments.

This PR folds in PR#2, so I'm closing that one.
